Available Job Positions and Responsibilities
Jr./Sr. Welder (Acetylene Gas Cutting, TIG and MIG/MAG)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Prepare materials and select appropriate welding methods according to job specifications
- Perform manual or semi-automatic welding and repair work in various positions
- Inspect and test welded joints and structures for defects and quality assurance
- Strictly adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines at all times
Sr. Grinder
- Execute precision tasks including tapping, drilling, reaming, shimming, and grinding
- Perform fit and finish operations to meet quality standards
- Complete standardized operations such as grinding, rolling, and flanging material
- Maintain product quality while following safe work practices
Sr. Spray Painter
- Assist in preparing components and large weldments for powder coating
- Remove burrs, slag, spatter, rust, and scale from surfaces
- Handle parts by hanging from racks, blasting, washing, and drying
- Apply even coating of powder that meets company quality standards
Electrical Technician
- Troubleshoot engine controllers, ATS panels, generators, and governor/speed issues
- Carry out electromechanical modifications as per client requirements
- Inspect and test LV panels, control wiring, harnesses, and power cables
Assembler
- Assemble generator components following assembly instructions and specifications
- Prepare work by reviewing drawings, parts lists, tools, and required materials
General Helper
- Remove worn abrasive discs, wheels, and belts
- Sharpen chisels and scrapers as needed
- Operate sandblasting machine to clean surfaces prior to painting or coating
