Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough quality control inspections on welding and piping systems
- Ensure all work complies with Aramco standards, codes, and project specifications
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures
- Conduct visual and NDT inspections of welds and piping installations
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications & Requirements
- Aramco approval for QC Inspector (Welding & Piping) is MANDATORY
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas or related industries
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, procedures, and international codes (ASME, AWS, API)
- Certification in NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT) is preferred
- Excellent understanding of piping materials, fabrication, and installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia
