A leading dairy company in Kuwait is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong sales and supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA) sector, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Kuwait’s food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the dairy product portfolio
- Manage and expand relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Eligibility Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of van sales experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience specifically in Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés/Catering sector
- Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Strong supervisory and team management abilities
- Numerical skills with ability to analyze sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
