We are currently recruiting for two key positions: Irrigation Engineer and Irrigation Supervisor. Position 1: Irrigation Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Irrigation Engineering OR B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) with a specialization in irrigation systems for landscape maintenance projects.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in designing irrigation systems, performing irrigation requirement calculations, and maintaining pumps. A valid driving license is required.
- Regional Experience: GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) work experience is essential.
- Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of modern irrigation systems, tools, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
Position 2: Irrigation Supervisor
Key Responsibilities & Profile:
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate the irrigation team for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex irrigation systems.
- Continuously monitor system performance, efficiency, and water usage to optimize operations.
- Conduct regular field inspections, diagnose issues, and perform troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure all activities comply with company safety standards and local environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory of irrigation materials, spare parts, and equipment.
- Candidate Profile: Must possess strong leadership, team management skills, comprehensive knowledge of irrigation systems and tools, and excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
