Job Overview
We are conducting immediate shortlisting for technically proficient individuals to join a reputed company’s project team in Romania. Selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Audio-Visual (AV) systems, CCTV surveillance, structured cabling, and related networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of AV systems, CCTV cameras, and security equipment
- Performing structured cabling for voice/data installations
- Reading and implementing technical drawings and installation schematics
- Testing and troubleshooting AV and CCTV systems using cable testers and diagnostic tools
- Ensuring all installations comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols
- Collaborating with project teams and following detailed technical instructions
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems and CCTV installation
- Understanding of structured cabling and voice/data infrastructure
- Ability to use basic hand tools (drill, screwdriver, crimping tools)
- Willingness to learn advanced AV, collaboration, and networking technologies
- Physically fit for installation work including lifting and working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and organized work approach
- Flexibility with working hours and readiness to travel as required
- Basic English communication skills or technical understanding (advantageous)
- Awareness of HSE and workplace safety procedures
