About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager specializing in Microsoft Solutions to join a prestigious digital engineering company in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and converting new sales opportunities for Microsoft solutions including M365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and AI platforms.
  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior decision-makers across mid to large enterprises.
  • Perform strategic account planning aligned with client business objectives, industry trends, and technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with presales consultants and technical architects to deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demos.
  • Actively participate in Microsoft partner programs, go-to-market initiatives, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft offerings, licensing models, incentives, and market developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 8-10 years of B2B IT sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including cloud adoption and AI integration.
  • Knowledge of Qatar’s business environment, procurement processes, and regulatory framework.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive enterprise markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft partner ecosystem, co-selling models, and incentive programs preferred.

Salary Package

20000 – 22000 QAR per month
