Engineering Job Openings for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Direct Hire Positions
Our client, one of the world’s largest producers of hydrocarbon energy and chemicals with among the lowest Upstream carbon intensities of any major producer, is urgently seeking to hire experienced engineering professionals for direct hire positions in Saudi Arabia.
Available Engineering Positions:
1. INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEER (JRE/33270/2026)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil & gas plant design, commissioning, and maintenance
- Proven track record in both greenfield and brownfield project execution
- Strong experience interacting with operations, maintenance, and EPC contractors
- Excellent technical writing skills for specifications, reports, and technical studies
- Hands-on and in-depth knowledge of international standards and codes (ENC, NEMA)
- Expertise in instrumentation/control systems including process measurements, Relief/control/ESD valves, analyzers, equipment protection systems, fire systems, and PLCs
- Professional Certifications Preferred: TÜV Functional Safety Engineer/Expert (IEC 61508/61511), ISA CAP (Certified Automation Professional), OEM system certifications (Yokogawa CENTUM/ProSafe-RS), and Safety certifications
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to make high-level technical decisions
- Leadership capability to guide teams and mentor junior engineers
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across operations, maintenance, and vendor interfaces
2. PLANT CORROSION ENGINEER (JRE/33268/2026)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or Corrosion Science from recognized and approved program
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Gas processing in Oil/Gas Industry
- Expertise in material science and metrology, different NDT technology and their applications
- Knowledge in engineering aspect of welding
- Experience in running asset integrity programs of petroleum or petrochemical operating facility
- Capability to write clear technical reports to address technical issues
- Excellent presentation skills to share knowledge with others and present business cases to management
- Solid experience in international standards and codes: NACE, ASME, API, ASTM especially inspection and corrosion standards (API-571, API-579, API-580, API-570, API-510)
- Valid NACE Specialist Certification or NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist or combination of NACE Corrosion Technologist, API-571 and NACE CP level II
