Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Perform assigned construction tasks as per the role (e.g., masonry, steel fixing, shuttering, scaffolding, RCC work, or general support).
- Ability to work overtime or on shifts if required.
- Read and follow construction drawings, instructions, and safety guidelines.
- 2-year employment contract.
