SINCLUS Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., a premier recruitment consultancy, is urgently seeking experienced Lead Electrical Engineers for a major Oil & Gas Project in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical leadership role requiring extensive design experience and specific expertise with Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design and engineering activities for the oil & gas project, specifically within the Substation Division.
- Oversee and coordinate detailed engineering, design reviews, and FEED (Front End Engineering Design) processes.
- Utilize ETAP and other engineering software for system analysis and design detailing.
- Ensure all designs comply with Aramco standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage a team of engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project milestones are met.
- Source and evaluate electrical equipment and materials as per project requirements.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of extensive design experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Client Experience: Aramco experience is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ETAP, design detailing, and FEED processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
