Job Requirements & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar cleaning role and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping various types of floors.
- Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
- Using a variety of cleaning products and equipment efficiently.
- Reporting any breakages or damages that occur during cleaning.
- Informing the line manager of necessary repairs.
- Assisting in warehouse operations: moving goods from receiving to storage or dispatch areas using trolleys or pallet jacks.
- Breaking bulk cartons and refilling forward picking locations.
- Daily cleaning of warehouse floors, aisles, and racks (sweeping, removing plastic, cardboard, and shrink wrap).
- Helping with stock replenishment on racks and shelves.
Comprehensive Training Provided
Selected candidates will undergo extensive training, including:
- Skill development specific to the role.
- Russian language training for better integration.
- Computer familiarization.
- Introduction to the legal system of Russia.
- Public etiquette training.
- Post-medical procedures and guidance.
