Position 1: Lead Chef

– Educational Qualification: BSc in Hotel Management or equivalent Diploma.
– Certifications: Must hold a Food Safety certificate in HACCP, PCQI, or CFSP.
– Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Chef in high-end food production or hospitality establishments. Proven track record in team leadership within reputed restaurants.
– Skills: Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food production management.
Position 2: Chef

– Educational Qualification: BSc in Hotel Management or equivalent Diploma.
