Available Positions & Daily Salaries
- Instrument Control Valve Technician: 70-80 QAR per day
- Instrument Electrician: 45-50 QAR per day
- Instrument Technician (Field): 75-80 QAR per day
- Instrument Tube Fitter: 45-50 QAR per day
- Millwright Technician: 60-65 QAR per day
- Millwright Fitter: 44-48 QAR per day
Core Competency Requirements
All candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industries, Plant Maintenance, or Shutdown environments.
Purpose of Role
To perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electric motors and industrial equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rewinding, overhauling, bearing replacement, and testing of motors
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and accurate job records
- Follow all safety procedures and electrical standards rigorously
- Coordinate with supervisors for seamless job execution
- Perform field instrumentation and control valve maintenance as per role
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Technology or relevant field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in motor repair and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of LV/HV motor parts and instrumentation systems
- Strong adherence to safety practices and protocols
- Ability to work in shutdown project environments
