Job Title: CNC Service Engineer
Salary: SAR 4000 to 6000
Key Responsibilities:
– Install, commission, and validate CNC machines (Turning, VMC, HMC, 5 Axis, VTL, EDM, Grinders, Boring Machines).
– Perform advanced troubleshooting on CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heiden Hain).
– Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to OEM standards.
– Complete geometric alignment, backlash check, leveling, spindle runout, and accuracy calibration.
– Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults with root cause analysis.
– Generate detailed service reports, technical findings, and recommendations.
– Provide onsite and remote support to customers with strong response time discipline.
– Perform CNC parameter backup/restore, ladder review, servo tuning, and safety interlock checks.
– Coordinate with OEMs for escalations, spare parts, and technical updates.
– Train machine operators and maintenance teams at customer sites.
– Ensure compliance with Saudi safety standards, customer protocols, and company guidelines.
– Support installation projects, machine relocations, and turnkey commissioning.
– Maintain service tools, diagnostic equipment, and calibration instruments.
Requirements:
– 5-8 years of experience as CNC Service Engineer/Technician in machine tool industry sectors: Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Steel, Machine Shops, Manufacturing.
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
