  Supervise MEP systems for domestic and light commercial projects. Experience in FM industry required.
• 3. MEP Supervisor
  Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance and operations.
• 4. BMS Operator
  Operate and maintain Building Management Systems. Knowledge of BMS controls and automation.
• 5. HVAC Technician
  Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Experience in FM setting preferred.
• 6. Split/Window AC Technician
  Specialize in split and window air conditioning units. Hands-on experience required.
• 7. Chiller Technician
  Maintain and repair chiller systems. Knowledge of industrial chillers.
• 8. Pump Technician
  Service and repair various pumps used in FM systems.
