Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Annual Business Plan and Budget for the Landscape & Swimming Pool Division.
- Handle techno-commercial aspects of large-scale Landscape and Swimming Pool projects.
- Lead and manage the division to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage client relationships and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 20 years of experience in the Landscaping and Water Features industry.
- At least 10-13 years of experience in the GCC region.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and handling techno-commercial aspects.
- GCC Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
