Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC machines, including models like DMG 125 5-axis Mill Turn, DBC 130 Horizontal Borer, WFL 5-axis Turn-Mill, and DANOBAT 5-axis Turn-Mill.
- Perform precision machining operations, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications.
- Conduct routine machine checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC and VMC operation, specifically with 5-axis or 4-axis HMC machines.
- Proficiency in operating machines such as DMG, DBC, WFL, and DANOBAT models.
- IT or Technical Diploma is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, blueprints, and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
