About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Secondary Protection Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an urgent requirement based in Saudi Arabia, focusing on substation protection systems design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop protection schemes for electrical substations, including schematics and relay settings.
- Perform coordination studies for protection systems to ensure reliability and safety.
- Create and review technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and standards.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in secondary protection design for substations.
- Age limit: 40 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in protection relay software and tools (e.g., SEL, Siemens, ABB).
- Strong understanding of IEC standards and substation automation.
