Key Responsibilities
As an Inspector on this project, your core duties will include:
- Ensuring all welding and piping activities comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Conducting inspections, tests, and audits of materials, workmanship, and procedures.
- Reviewing and approving welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT reports, and material certifications.
- Monitoring site activities to ensure quality and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Documenting inspection results, non-conformances, and preparing detailed reports.
- Coordinating with construction, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Relevant field).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
- Certifications: Relevant welding/inspection certifications (e.g., CSWIP, AWS, NACE, API) will be a significant advantage.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of international codes (ASME, API, AWS), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in inspection tools and software.
- Must be physically fit for site work and possess excellent communication skills.
