Job Overview
As a Warehouse In-Charge, you will oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of all raw materials, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company standards. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of all raw materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
- Ensure proper material handling, labelling, and FIFO/FEFO implementation.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the perfume industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
