Job Overview
As a Waiter, Waitress, or Bartender, you will deliver exceptional service to guests, manage food and beverage orders, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Your role will involve interacting with diverse clients, ensuring their comfort, and contributing to a luxurious lounge experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a Bartender.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
- Handle payments and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Height: Minimum 165 cm for males, 150 cm for females.
- Proven experience in 5-star hotels or fine dining establishments.
- Strong expertise in wines, spirits, and alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
