PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR
This leadership role requires strategic oversight of procurement and supply chain operations for the construction project.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in procurement and supply chain within construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
- Certifications: CIPS/MCIPS/CPP/CPSM or equivalent (strong advantage)
- Requirements: Proven leadership at Procurement Director/Head level, experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC markets, managing large-scale or mega projects, international supplier management
IT DIRECTOR
Oversee IT infrastructure and systems management across multiple project sites.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT management within real estate development, construction, or large-scale projects
- Certifications: CISM/CISSP/ITIL/PMP or equivalent (strong advantage)
- Requirements: Proven IT leadership, experience managing IT teams and enterprise systems in multi-project organizations
PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH RISE BUILDINGS)
Lead high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Experience: 10-15 years managing high-rise, multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2 certification (strong advantage)
- Requirements: Hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts, proven capability managing large-scale construction
CLAIMS MANAGER
Manage complex claims and contractual matters for construction projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management (mandatory)
- Experience: 10-12 years in claims management within construction, infrastructure, or real estate
- Certifications: RICS/ICES/PMP certification (strong advantage)
- Requirements: Proven expertise managing complex claims for large-scale projects, hands-on FIDIC experience, leading claims teams
