Job Responsibilities
Restaurant Supervisor
- Manage staff and daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure food quality and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns.
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service staff.
- Ensure timely food delivery and support smooth dining operations.
Service Crew
- Assist in food service and customer interaction.
- Support restaurant operations as directed by supervisors.
- Help maintain cleanliness and service efficiency.
Helper/Steward/Cleaner
- Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen support.
- Support chefs and cooks during daily operations.
- Perform cleaning and stewarding duties.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same field (for Supervisor role). Relevant experience required for other positions.
- Qualification: Diploma, SSC (10th), or HSC (12th) preferred.
- Candidates must be ready for immediate deployment.
