Urgent Job Opportunities in Dubai’s Construction Sector
Loyal Group Dubai is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join their dynamic team for multiple ongoing and upcoming projects in the UAE. We are currently recruiting for the following positions with immediate start dates. These roles are critical to our project execution and require dedicated professionals with relevant Gulf experience.
1. Civil Project Engineer
Salary Range: AED 6000 – AED 8000
The Civil Project Engineer will assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, technical documentation, and regular progress updates.
- Monitor all site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve technical issues during construction.
- Support the Project Manager in budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
- Ensure all projects comply with local UAE regulations, international standards, and HSE requirements.
- Attend project meetings and provide critical engineering inputs and solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of method statements, work schedules, and QA/QC documentation.
Mandatory Requirement:
- SEWA Prequalification: Candidates must have passed the Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority (SEWA) PQR examination.
2. Site Surveyor
Salary Range: AED 3500 – AED 5000
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the contracting field within a Gulf country (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
- Proficient in using both hand surveying tools (distance measuring wheels, plumb bobs, levels) and electronic surveying equipment (transit levels, GPS).
- Working knowledge of essential software including AutoCAD and GIS programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
3. Health & Safety Engineer / Officer
Salary Range: AED 3000 – AED 4000
Requirements:
- Mandatory Qualification: NEBOSH certification.
- Educational Background: Engineering degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil fields is preferred.
- Preferably 2+ years of UAE-specific experience (a significant added advantage).
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure projects, and handling government projects is highly desirable.
4. Civil Draftsman
Salary Range: AED 3000 – AED 4000
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in preparing as-built drawings and shop drawings.
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, or electrical projects as per design specifications.
- Convert sketches, specifications, and design concepts into accurate technical and shop drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers/architects, site conditions, or client requests.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, company drafting guidelines, and relevant industry codes.
- Maintain systematic drawing files and documentation for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues.
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on final site measurements and project modifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs directly from drawings when required.
- Verify the accuracy of all dimensions, levels, and details before final submission.
- Support project teams by preparing layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings as needed.
- Extract GPS coordinates from GIS drawings and prepare precise coordinate-based layout drawings.
