– Manage and supervise warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with department SOP.

– Monitor material movements and verify that all receipts/issuance documents are signed and stamped.
– Organize materials in storage according to classification with proper information tags.
– Accurately create GRN (Good Receipt Notes) in a timely manner.
– Ensure RM, PM, and consumables are QA approved before receipt and transfer to production.
– Generate purchase requests as per demand/planning and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
– Issue materials according to demand/production requests.
– Control rejected, obsolete, and damaged materials in line with department SOP.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint required.

**Duty Hours:** 8 hours per day
