Key Job Responsibilities
All team members are expected to contribute to a seamless dining experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily restaurant operations in both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen) areas.
- Preparing, cooking, and serving food and beverages in strict accordance with the company’s high standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Ensuring a positive and efficient environment for both guests and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: High School qualification or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
- Knowledge: Must possess basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP principles are a plus).
- Language Skills: Good spoken English communication skills are essential for team coordination and guest interaction.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including standing for extended periods.
