Our client, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) based in Saudi Arabia, has been established to meet the training needs of Petroleum, Energy, and Industrial companies. TVTC aims to graduate, develop, and prepare a quality Saudi technical workforce and offers advanced training programs to support the technical requirements of the Oil & Gas Industry Workforce. We are urgently seeking to hire the following personnel:
1. Technical Evaluator Power Generation (Upstream Operations) – JRE/33027/2025
- BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15+ years in power generation operations in oil & gas plants.
- Experience in turbine performance monitoring, emissions control, and reliability analysis.
- Hands-on expertise in black start procedures, emergency power backup systems.
- Experienced in testing Turbogenerators, MT switchgears, protection relay systems, Switchgears, Power plant operation and Maintenance, and Solar Gas Turbine O&M.
- Deep understanding of gas turbines, diesel generators, and steam turbines.
- Knowledge of power distribution, load management, and grid synchronization.
- Proficiency in SCADA, DCS, and PLC-based power control systems.
- Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and API 616 standards for power generation.
- Ability to analyze power demand, generation efficiency, and fuel consumption.
2. Technical Evaluator Gas Operations (Upstream Operations) – JRE/33025/2025
- B.Eng. / B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 15+ years in gas-plant operations/process engineering (onshore; sweet & sour).
- Mandatory Hands-On Experience:
- Centrifugal compressors: surge mapping/control, recycle sizing, vibration/trip response.
- Gas turbines: start-up sequencing, load sharing, performance/emissions tracking.
- Propane refrigeration (C3): dew-point control, compressor-condenser-evaporator balance, leak management.
- NGL recovery: JT/expander or absorption schemes; C++/C++ recovery vs. power trade-offs.
- Gas/condensate dehydration: PSA/molecular sieve (cycle timing, breakthrough, bed change-out) and TEG units.
- Sour Gas Processing
- Metering & export: custody-transfer (AGA/API/ISO), prover runs, uncertainty analysis, ESD isolation logic.
- Control room (DCS/PLC) console: start-up/shutdown, alarm rationalization, interlocks / overrides governance, RTO basics.
- HSE/PSM toolset: PTW, JSA/JHA, HAZOP, PSSR, LOPA, SIL determination/verification (IEC 61511).
3. On Job Training Operations (Upstream Operations) – JRE/33026/2025
- Chemical engineer with minimum of 15 years experience in oil & gas job training.
- Knowledge in Curriculum writing design.
