About the Role
Join F. Gheewala, a leading overseas recruitment company based in Mumbai, as a Team Lead. We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and energetic candidates to lead our high-impact recruitment team. This role involves crafting winning global hiring strategies and managing full-cycle recruitment for various overseas sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and lead a team of 5-10 elite recruiters.
- Design and execute full-cycle recruitment for overseas roles in construction, engineering, hospitality, healthcare, oil & gas, IT, and more.
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and databases; conduct screening, interviews, and skill assessments.
- Ensure compliance with POE guidelines, visa processes, and ethical standards; manage contracts and onboarding.
- Mentor and performance-manage the team to meet hiring targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate with a Dynamic Personality.
- Experience: 5+ years in manpower consultancy, including 2+ years leading overseas placements with core process recruitment for Gulf and Europe. Must have full knowledge of their rules and regulations.
- Skills: Leadership, ATS/CRM proficiency, analytics, multilingual (Hindi/English), client negotiation.
