HamdanGlobal, a leading company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team working on the prestigious Logistics City Project. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to major industrial infrastructure development in the Kingdom.
Position Overview
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising structural works for the logistics city project. Your primary focus will be ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of concrete and steel structures in compliance with approved codes, standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review structural designs for warehouses, labor accommodations, and associated facilities
- Design and review steel structures and coordinate with steel structure suppliers and fabricators
- Review, coordinate, and approve structural shop drawings, including steel shop drawings
- Perform and verify structural calculations in accordance with applicable codes and standards (SBC, ACI, AISC, Eurocode as applicable)
- Develop structural models and analysis using approved engineering software
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration
- Review geotechnical reports and propose appropriate foundation systems
- Provide site supervision support and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications
- Assist the project management team in resolving technical and construction-related issues
- Prepare technical reports, design notes, and engineering recommendations
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering specialization)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics cities, industrial, or warehouse projects
- Strong experience in both steel and reinforced concrete structures
- Proven track record in KSA or GCC region projects
Software & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000
- Experience with STAAD or Robot is preferred
- Strong experience in Tekla Structures (highly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of preparing and reviewing steel shop drawings
- Good understanding of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international standards

- Salary: Up to 12,000 SAR (competitive compensation package)
- Nationality: Any Arab nationality
- Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Note: Arab candidates outside KSA with previous experience in KSA will also be considered
