SINCLUS Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is conducting walk-in interviews for immediate hiring for a major steel plant shutdown project in Oman. We are seeking experienced professionals for multiple positions. This is a free recruitment opportunity with no charges to candidates.
Available Positions & Requirements
1. Shift Engineers
- Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in steel plant shutdown maintenance
- Responsibilities: Independently manage shift maintenance activities, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and handle equipment breakdowns
2. Site Supervisors
- Qualification: Mechanical Diploma or Degree holder
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of shutdown experience
- Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance crews, manage shift operations, ensure safety standards, and coordinate steel plant activities
3. Mechanical Supervisors (Rotating)
- Qualification: Mechanical Diploma or Degree holder
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of shutdown experience in steel plants
- Responsibilities: Handle maintenance of rotating equipment, roller shaft replacements, troubleshooting, and independently execute shift responsibilities
4. Rigging Supervisors
- Qualification: Certified rigging supervisor
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of heavy lifting experience in steel plant shutdowns
- Responsibilities: Manage lifting plans, supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate lifting equipment
5. Mechanical Foreman
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical
- Experience: Experience as a foreman in steel plant shutdown maintenance
- Responsibilities: Lead maintenance crews, obtain work permits, supervise tasks, and ensure safe and timely completion of work
6. PTW Coordinators
- Qualification: Permit-to-Work coordinator certification
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of shutdown experience
- Responsibilities: Manage work permits, coordinate jobs, ensure safety compliance, and communicate effectively with teams in English
