Senior Construction Supervisor – Offshore Opportunity in Doha, Qatar
We are currently seeking experienced Senior Construction Supervisors for long-term offshore positions with a reputed oil and gas company in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals to join dynamic offshore projects with a 29/27 rotation schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- HND/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical/Structural discipline
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Minimum 12 years experience in petroleum/petrochemical construction industry
- At least 6 years in supervisory roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of petrochemical/offshore industry safety regulations
- Valid Gulf T-Bosiet and H2S certificates
Technical Expertise Required:
- Fabrication, welding and erection of structural steelwork
- Fabrication, welding and installation of process pipework
- Hydrotest/leak test procedures
- Heat treatment techniques
- Scaffolding operations
- Crane/lifting operations from floating platforms
- Slinging and rigging operations
- Construction plant and equipment management
- Ability to prepare written procedures for crane/lifting operations
- Experience creating spading diagrams and construction phase documentation
