Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10+ years in a relevant field, with proven expertise in project scheduling and controls.
Job Profile and Skills
- Scheduling Software: Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and TILOS (for linear projects)
- Project Controls Knowledge: Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Control, Risk Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex project schedules
- Preferred certifications: PMI-SP (Project Management Institute – Scheduling Professional), PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional – AACE), Primavera P6 Certification
- Saudi National candidates are preferred
