Seagull 40 International LLP is urgently recruiting for 10 experienced Quality Control Inspectors (Mechanical) for a prestigious, long-term Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) Pipeline Project. Job Overview
We are conducting virtual interviews shortly for qualified Mechanical Quality Control Inspectors to join a major EPC project. Selected candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for critical pipeline infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform comprehensive verification of all Quality Control activities related to mechanical systems.
- Inspect and ensure compliance in Plumbing, HVAC systems, Static & Rotating Equipment, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Oversee quality aspects of Painting and Insulation work.
- Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and documents.
- Apply practical knowledge of International Codes and Standards (e.g., ASME B31 Codes, ASME Section IX).
- Maintain detailed inspection records and reports.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Three-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy/NDT/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation/Communication).
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of overall experience in QC roles within the relevant business line.
- Must have significant QC experience in reputable organizations involved in EPC Projects, Construction, or ASME-certified manufacturing shops.
- Proven background in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Desalination, or Power Plant EPC projects is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable international codes and standards.
