Urgent QC Engineer/Inspector Job Opening in Saudi Arabia
We are actively seeking an experienced QC Engineer/Inspector to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an immediate requirement for professionals with proven experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries within the Kingdom.
Job Details
- Position: QC Engineer/Inspector
- Experience Required: KSA experience in Industrial/Oil/Gas/Petrochemical sector (Mandatory)
- Salary Package: 4,000 – 5,000 SAR (Basic) + 35% Allowance
- Location: Saudi Arabia
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspection of industrial equipment, accessories, and materials
- Maintain and update the asset master list, including assignment of asset numbers
- Coordinate and arrange Third Party Inspection (TPI) services
- Monitor and assess equipment condition to ensure operational efficiency
- Track and manage calibration schedules for gauges and instruments
- Distribute TUV certificates to appropriate site personnel
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections
- Develop and prepare procurement and inspection procedures
- Conduct vendor site visits for material verification and quality assessment
- Maintain comprehensive records using SAP ERP (S/4HANA)
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum experience working in Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector
- Proven background in oil, gas, or petrochemical industries
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards implementation
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA) systems
- Familiarity with Third Party Inspection coordination
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Strong analytical skills for Root Cause Analysis
