Urgent Hiring: QA/QC Professionals for Long-Term Oil & Gas Project in Mozambique
Shella Consultants, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company with 20+ years of recruitment expertise, is seeking experienced QA/QC professionals for a major long-term oil & gas project in Mozambique. We have immediate openings for multiple positions requiring specialized knowledge in international standards and oil & gas industry practices.
Available Positions & Requirements
1. Piping & Welding QA/QC Section Chief
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy projects
- Standards Knowledge: ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX, API 570, EN 13480, ISO, ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, AWS, NACE, NEMA
- Additional Requirements: Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, experience coordinating visual testing (VT) and non-destructive testing (NDT) for piping and welded fabrications
2. Piping & Welding QA/QC Inspector
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of site experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy projects
- Certifications: Welding inspection certification (CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, TWI, or equivalent)
- Technical Knowledge: Certified and/or technically knowledgeable in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods per ASME/AWS/EN standards including VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT
3. Electrical & Instrumentation QA/QC Section Chief
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or Energy Systems
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of site experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy projects
- Standards Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of ATEX Directives (2014/34/EU and 1999/92/EC), thorough knowledge of IEC 60079 series standards
4. Electrical & Instrumentation QA/QC Inspector
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of site experience in industrial projects, primarily oil, gas, and petrochemical facilities
- Knowledge Required: ATEX Directives 2014/34/EU and 1999/92/EC, good command of IEC 60079 series standards
Project & Location Details
This is a long-term assignment with a major oil & gas project in Mozambique. Successful candidates will be part of critical quality assurance and quality control operations ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications.
