Position Overview
The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the proposal development process, managing tender submissions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the mechanical engineering sector and a proven track record in proposal management.

- Salary Range: BD 2,500 – 3,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Industry Knowledge: Advanced understanding of proposal development processes and best practices
- Regional Experience: GCC experience is essential; Bahrain experience strongly preferred; Iraq experience is an added advantage
- Client Network: Exposure to key contractors and clients in the Middle East region
- Background: Previous experience with a reputable mechanical engineering company of similar or higher standing
- Preference: Indian candidates are preferred for this position
