- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Highway, Traffic, or Transport Engineering or equivalent. Chartered or registered Engineer preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as Team Leader/Project Manager on road design and construction supervision in the region, including safety audits.
- Skills: Proven managerial capability in directing major civil engineering works, knowledge of international best practices, contract procedures (EPC/Design and Build), modern highway technology, and consultancy services.
- Previous Roles: Must have served as Team Leader/Project Manager on at least two major Road upgrading/rehabilitation projects under EPC/Design and Build contracts.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
- Salary: USD 4000 per month.
Position 2: Assistant Project Manager / Contracts Engineer
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, meeting Project Manager’s Representative qualifications. Chartered or registered Engineer preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 similar road assignments in the last 10 years at the same or similar position.
- Skills: Demonstrable skills in roads and bridges design, construction quantities, EPC contract administration, and claim documentation and administration.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
- Salary: USD 3000 per month.
