Job Details

  • Salary: 1700 QAR (Client will finalize after interview)
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role

Job Profile

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and prepare minutes
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Support the executive with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Drive the executive to meetings, events, or appointments using a company or personal vehicle

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Valid Gulf driving licence or Indian driving licence is accepted
