Salary: 8000 – 10000 AED
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging Engineering/Science/Technology
- NPDP or equivalent New Product Development certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of NPD experience in Food/Beverage industry
- Expertise in sustainable packaging, printing processes & materials (paper, board, tin, ceramics, glass)
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Kissflow)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPD & packaging projects
- Coordinate cross-functional & international teams
- Source innovative/sustainable packaging solutions
- Ensure on-time, cost-effective, high-quality product launches
