Requirements & Experience
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead lines
- Experience in carrying out grounding and earthing installation, testing, and maintenance
- Proficient in using PPE, climbing gear, tools, and safety equipment correctly
- Knowledge of safety rules, job hazard analysis, and permit-to-work procedures
- Ability to support fault detection, emergency repairs, and power restoration activities
- Experience in maintaining work records, inspection reports, and compliance documents
