Qatar Energy is currently hiring for two critical offshore positions: Fabricator/Fitter and Offshore Safety Officer. These roles are based in the challenging and rewarding environment of offshore Qatar. Position 1: Fabricator / Fitter
Day Rate:
QAR 130 per day
Qualifications:
- Recognized apprenticeship
- Ability to read & work from engineering drawings
- Trade competency test by Qatar Energy
- Must communicate in English / regional language
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years total experience
- At least 2 years in offshore/onshore Oil & Gas
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & fitting of pipes/structural steel
- Work from engineering drawings
- Execute tasks as per approved specifications
Position 2: Offshore Safety Officer
Salary:
QAR 400 – 650 per day (Final salary fixed by client)
Salary Includes:
- Site allowance
- Permit allowance
- Field break pay
- Gratuity
Work Rotation:
- 28 Days Offshore Duty + 28 Days Off
- Overtime beyond 12 hrs/day
- Housing & food during transit
