We are seeking an experienced Manager in Packaging Innovation & Development to join their team.
**Position:** Manager (Packaging Innovation & Development)
**Salary:** AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
**Location:** UAE

**Qualifications & Experience:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Science, or Technology.
– Indian Institute of Packaging certification is preferred.
– 3-5 years of experience in New Packaging Development, with at least 3 years at Assistant Manager level.
– Preference for experience in the Food or Beverage Industry.
– Strong knowledge of sustainable packaging, printing processes, and materials such as paper, board, tin, ceramics, glass.
– Proficient in MS Office and Project Management Tools (Kissflow preferred).
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) and packaging projects.
– Analyze product briefs, market data, and competitor insights.
– Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams.
– Source innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
– Ensure accurate documentation, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates, and project reports.
