A premier readymade concrete company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is expanding its operations and has immediate vacancies for dedicated and skilled personnel. We are seeking professional Mixer Drivers and Helpers to join our dynamic team.
Available Positions & Job Details
1. Mixer Driver
- Number of Vacancies: 20
- Salary Package: 1500 + 300 + Trip Allowance
- Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid GCC Heavy Transport License.
2. Helper
- Number of Vacancies: 15
- Salary Package: 1200 + Overtime (OT)
Job Responsibilities (Mixer Driver)
- Safely operate and drive concrete mixer trucks to various project sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient delivery and pouring of concrete.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and mileage.
- Ensure the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all KSA traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities (Helper)
- Assist the driver in daily vehicle inspections and cleaning.
- Help with loading/unloading and basic site preparation as directed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Follow all on-site safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the site team with general labor tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- For Mixer Drivers: A valid GCC Heavy Transport License is non-negotiable.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or concrete industry is preferred.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor site conditions.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
- For Helpers: Willingness to learn and perform manual tasks.
