- CNC Machine Operator:
- High School/ITI/Diploma.
- Training on CNC Operations.
- Client Direct Interview in Chennai by 4th week of January 2024.
- CNC Programmer & Operator (JRE29242):
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a CNC Machine Programmer/Operator.
- Must have working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure manuals.
- Client Direct Interview in Chennai by 4th week of January 2024.
Key Responsibilities for CNC Programmer & Operator:
- Set-up and operate CNC machines for fabrication of metallic parts.
- Detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust controls.
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Input product design into computer modeling software.
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.
- Complete quality control tests during manufacturing.
- Training new staff on machine operation work instructions.
Qualifications:
- Good fluency in English.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.
- Awareness of required PPEs & Firefighting systems.
- Adhere to IMS Policies/Procedures/Standards.
