Job Overview: Inventory Manager
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory and store operations. This role is critical for managing multi-division operations including Civil, MEP, Interior, FM, and Cleaning divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory worth BHD 3 million or more.
- Lead a team of 40-45 employees in inventory and store management.
- Ensure efficient handling of materials across various divisions.
- Utilize ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for inventory control.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in inventory/store management, with at least 10 years in construction/contracting industry.
- Proven experience in multi-division operations (Civil, MEP, Interior, FM, Cleaning).
- Ability to manage large teams effectively.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS or APICS are preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale contracting companies.
- Prior GCC experience is an added advantage.
