Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily Indian ingredients and spices efficiently.
- Cook Indian dishes following standard recipes to maintain quality and taste.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure food quality meets company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area and utensils.
- Cooperate with the kitchen team to complete orders promptly and efficiently.
Requirements and Preferences:
- Proven experience working in central kitchens and catering environments is highly preferred.
- Basic experience in international cuisine to adapt to diverse menu needs.
- Age range: 25 to 35 years.
