Qualifications and Experience Required
- B.E in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of HVAC Systems (e.g., Chillers, Chilled Water Systems, Package Units) with reputed contracting companies in India or GCC.
- Experience in maintenance of Electrical Distribution systems in buildings is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English communication (emails, reports).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage HVAC system maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee chilled water systems, package units, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with teams for electrical distribution system upkeep, if applicable.
- Use AutoCAD for technical drawings and plans.
