We are currently seeking a smart and experienced HR Recruiter or Overseas Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in talent acquisition and international recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic and overseas positions.
- Utilize job portals like Naukri, Shine, and other leading platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Draft and send professional emails to potential candidates and clients.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients and agents.
- Maintain strong communication and recruitment management throughout the hiring cycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR recruiting or overseas recruitment role.
- Proven expertise with job portals such as Naukri and Shine.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, email drafting, screening, and client coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle recruitment management efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
