Required Skills & Competencies
- Relevant experience in a hospital facility.
- Strong understanding of hospital staffing structures and medical roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and critical positions.
- Proficiency in job portals, ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS.
- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of hospital experience.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or medical staffing firms.
- Immediate to short notice joiners preferred.
