Position: HR Manager
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
– Specific experience within the marine industry in the GCC region is mandatory.
Position: Commercial Manager
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all commercial, marketing, and strategic activities to drive business growth and profitability.
– Develop and implement commercial strategies.
– Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
– Analyze market trends and manage bids and tenders.
– Oversee financial performance and lead the commercial team to achieve shipyard objectives.
– Experience in marine shipyard is essential.
