Immediate Job Openings for Industrial Catering Division in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

HamdanGlobal is expanding its Industrial Catering Division in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our dynamic team. We are conducting online interviews shortly for qualified candidates from India who are ready to advance their careers in a large-scale industrial catering environment.

Available Positions & Requirements

1. Sous Chef

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent formal training (preferred)
  • Certification: Food Safety and HACCP Certification (mandatory or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or Sous Chef role in catering, hotel, restaurant, or meat processing
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of international/regional cuisines, large-scale bulk cooking in industrial/institutional/remote catering environments
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of HACCP principles and food safety management systems

2. Butcher

  • Education: Diploma or Certificate in Meat Processing, Butchery or Food Production (preferred)
  • Certification: Food Safety or HACCP Certification (mandatory or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience as a butcher in catering, hotel, restaurant, or meat processing
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of meat cuts, trimming, deboning, and portion control
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HACCP, food safety standards, and cold chain management

3. Line Cook

  • Education: Diploma or Culinary training certificate
  • Certification: Food Safety & Hygiene Certification (mandatory)
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years as a Line Cook or similar role in industrial catering, hotels, or large-scale kitchens
  • Skills: Basic to intermediate cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP principles

4. Vegetable Cutter

  • Certification: Basic Food Safety or Hygiene Certification (advantage)
  • Experience: Prior experience in food preparation or vegetable cutting (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge: Basic food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability: Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment
